It has been our privilege to work with you and support your whānau’s comfort and wellbeing.

We'd also like to give a massive shout-out to the wide range of Taupo's leading construction companies who we've been privileged enough to work with this year. The hard work and output volume of our building partners is nothing short of impressive, and we're truly grateful to be able to provide a key part of your overall service offering. While we're all ready for a rest and recharge, we're also fired up for another positive year as overall optimism is predicted to grow in 2026.

We look forward to continuing this mahi with you in the year ahead, and we wish you and your families a safe, happy Christmas and a wonderful New Year.

Big changes have arrived in the EECA Warmer Kiwi Homes Programme, and they could mean your home is now eligible for insulation funding. As of 5 August 2025, Deprivation Zones 5 and 6 have been added to the scheme — opening funding to more than 300,000 additional owner-occupied homes across New Zealand. Zones 7–10 remain eligible, with different funding levels available across all approved zones.
