Up to 80% – 100% INSULATION PROGRAMME FUNDING FOR ELIGIBLE HOME OWNERS

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

You own and live in a home built before 2008;
You (the owner) have a Community Services Card or live in an area identified as low-income (ring Easy Insulation on 0800 327 946 to check your address)
Your home doesn't have ceiling and underfloor insulation. (If you had an insulation grant for a previous house, no worries, you can apply for a grant at your current home.)
Home exists within Census Deprivation Zone 7, 8, 9 or 10

OBJECTIVES

The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) has been on a quest to insulate and heat New Zealand homes for well over a decade.

With years of funding available for landlords, and rental home insulation and heating standards now in place, EECA has turned its attention back to homeowner-occupiers who need it the most.

EECA has paired up with Easy Insulation to offer 80% – 100% funding for eligible home-owner occupiers who live anywhere in Easy Insulation’s large service area across the Ruapehu, Taupo, Rotorua, and South Waikato District Council areas.
